No smoking
We ask you not to smoke inside the apartment at all times. You can smoke ouside in balcony if you like.
Respect
We request you to respect your neighbors in general and specially during night time ( 23h to 8h )
No pets
To avoid allergies and to keep the apartment as clean as possible we prefer no to host animals. Thanks.
No parties
As we are surronded by neighboors we do not allow parties at any time.
